Using this website

You can use this website to learn about press release distribution, compare packages and premium outlets, request access, log in, and contact us. Don't misuse it: no interfering with how the site works, no automated or abusive form submissions, no copying it to mislead people, and no unlawful use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Access requests and accounts

Sign-ups are currently invite-only or by approval. New clients request access on the get started page, and existing clients log in there. We review each request and reply by email, usually within a few hours.

We may decline a request or withdraw access, for example when a request gives false details, looks automated, or is for content our editorial guidelines don't allow. Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used them.

How orders work

When you're ready to send a release, our team confirms the details with you by email: the package or premium outlets, the price, and the terms for your order, including its refund or credit protection. You pay only after those details are confirmed. Payment is processed by the payment provider identified when your order is confirmed.

Prices on this website are per release, in US dollars. Distribution is carried out through PR Zen's network of distribution and publishing partners. Your order confirmation sets out exactly what your order includes.

Your content

You're responsible for everything you submit: the facts, quotes, images, links, and data in your release, and your right to publish them. Don't submit anything false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, confidential without permission, or unlawful.

When you place an order, you allow PR Zen and our distribution partners to copy, format, and publish your release as needed to deliver it to the outlets you chose.

Editorial review

Every release is reviewed before distribution. Our guidelines are flexible, and most releases are approved as submitted, usually within a few hours. We may ask for a change, or decline a release that breaks our editorial guidelines.

Publisher decisions

Publishers and distribution partners are independent and apply their own editorial rules. A publisher may edit, format, label, delay, decline, or later remove content under its policies. Outlet availability and formats can change.

No outcome promise

Distribution sends your release to the outlets in your order, subject to their editorial review. It doesn't guarantee traffic, sales, investor interest, coverage by journalists, search rankings, mentions in AI-generated answers, or any other business result. Any delivery guarantee is limited to what your order confirmation states.

Refunds and credits

Refund or credit protection follows the terms confirmed for your order. Our refund policy explains how to ask for a refund.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PR Zen isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, such as lost profits or missed opportunities. Our total liability for any claim connected to this website or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our service, this website, or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep using the site after an update, the updated terms apply. An order that's already confirmed keeps the terms confirmed for it.
