Refund Policy
You pay for a PR Zen order only after our team has confirmed the package or outlets, the price, and the order terms by email. Refunds and credits follow the protection confirmed for your order. This page explains how that works.
Protection for your order
Your order confirmation states what will be delivered and the refund or credit protection that applies. If the distribution confirmed for your order isn't delivered, you get the refund or credit set out in those terms. The exact protection can vary by package and premium outlet.
Editorial rejection
Most releases are approved as submitted. If a release needs a change, we tell you what to fix. A release may be declined when it breaks the editorial guidelines, makes claims that can't be supported, lacks required information, or falls into a restricted category. In those cases, a refund or credit depends on your order terms and on whether you had the chance to fix the issue.
After distribution starts
Once editorial work or distribution has started, an order usually can't be cancelled, and corrections may not reach copies that are already published. Check the release, links, names, package, and timing before you send the final version.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with your order reference and a short note on what went wrong. Writing from the email address you used for the order helps us find it quickly. We reply by email with the outcome under your order terms.
Processing time
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through the payment provider, or are given as credit, as your order terms state. Bank processing times vary.
