What you need to know.
Still unsure about your release? Send us your question and a real person will reply by email.
PR Zen sends your press release to a broad news network and, if you want, to premium outlets. You pick a package or single outlets, send the release, and get a report with the live links.
Sign-ups are currently invite-only or by approval. Request access on the get started page. Our team reviews every request and replies by email, usually within a few hours.
Packages are one-time, per release. Quick Start ($15): 100+ outlets; Wider Reach ($29): 300+ outlets, 1 premium outlet included; Full Zen ($149): 300+ outlets, all 7 premium outlets included. Full Zen also adds a white-label report. Single premium outlets: MPost ($50), TheStreet ($30), USA Today ($70), Digital Journal ($60), The Dispatch ($30), Spotify ($20), Nikkei ($80).
Usually within a few hours. Our guidelines are flexible, so most releases are approved as submitted. Distribution timing then depends on the package and the outlets you chose.
The delivery guarantee is the one confirmed for your order, and the release still has to pass review. If the promised service is not delivered, the refund or credit policy for your order applies.
No. Distribution creates visibility and live placements, but no responsible service can promise readers, sales, coverage by independent journalists, a search position, or mentions in AI answers.
Usually yes, until distribution starts. After that, changes may be limited, so check names, links, dates, and claims before you send.
Use the log in form on the get started page. If anything looks wrong with your access, email [email protected].
Yes. Full Zen includes a white-label report you can pass to clients. If you plan regular volume, say so in your access request.
No. Publisher names and marks identify possible distribution destinations. Each owner controls its brand, platform, editorial rules, and acceptance decisions.
Not much, because our guidelines are flexible. The hard stops are false or unverifiable claims, defamation, illegal content, impersonation, deceptive financial promises, and content you do not have the rights to publish.
