Privacy Policy
This policy explains what PR Zen collects on this website, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to review access requests, answer messages, deliver orders, and keep our forms safe. We don't sell your personal information.
What you send us
Access requests. Your name, email address, company, the packages or outlets you're interested in, and your message to our team.
Contact messages. Your name, email address, company if you add it, the topic you pick, and your message.
Log in. Only your email address. Your password never leaves your browser: it isn't sent to us or stored by this website.
Orders. The emails we exchange, the release and materials you send, and your order details. Please don't send passwords or card details through our forms or by email.
Campaign attribution
The first time you visit, this site saves a small record in your browser's local storage under the name przen:attribution. It holds when you arrived, the page you landed on, the website that linked to us (if any), and any campaign tags in the link: UTM parameters such as source, medium, and campaign, and the click IDs some ad platforms add. If you come back later from another website or campaign link, it also notes that latest visit.
The record stays in your browser and reaches us only when you send a form, together with the page you send it from. It is used for 90 days from your first visit; after that, your next visit replaces it. It tells us which pages and campaigns bring people to PR Zen. The Cookie Policy explains how to clear it.
Technical and security data
When you send a form, we receive technical data that helps keep our forms safe: your IP address, your browser's user agent, the approximate country your request came from, and how long the form was open before you sent it. We use your IP address to limit repeated attempts, and our bot protection provider uses it to verify the security check. The user agent and approximate country are sent to our team with your request so we can spot misuse.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, browser type, the pages requested, and the time, to deliver pages and protect the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to review access requests and reply to them, answer your messages, confirm and deliver your orders, keep the site and forms secure, and understand which pages and campaigns bring people to PR Zen. We also keep the records we need for accounting and to meet legal obligations. We don't sell your personal information.
Service providers and partners
Hosting. Vercel hosts this website and runs our form service, so it processes the requests your browser sends.
Bot protection. Cloudflare Turnstile runs the security check on our forms. It processes signals from your device and browser, such as your IP address and browser details, to tell people from bots.
Email. Our email delivery and mailbox providers carry form messages to our team and store the emails we exchange with you.
Fonts. This site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when your browser fetches them.
Distribution partners and payments. When you order, we share your release and the details needed to publish it with the distribution and publishing partners that carry out your order. Payments are processed by the payment provider identified when your order is confirmed, under its own privacy terms.
We share only what each provider needs for its part of the service.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions, emails, and order records for as long as we need them to answer you, deliver and support your orders, and keep reasonable business records, or longer if the law requires it. The attribution record in your browser is only used for 90 days, and you can clear it at any time.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some records when the law requires it. You can also clear the attribution record in your browser yourself, as the Cookie Policy explains.
International processing
Our service providers and distribution partners may process information in countries other than your own. Where the law requires it, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
